Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed on working days and delivered within 1-2 working days. You will receive the AWB via email and SMS as soon as the parcel leaves our doorstep.
Products can be returned within 90 days if they are in the same condition with original packaging and all accessories.
The cost of return is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or mis-shipped products. Please contact us before initiating the return
Are your plate holders legal?
Yes. According to Ordinance 195/2002, license plates must be firmly mounted and always visible. The law doesn't forbid us anything, as long as the plate stays in place. Sleem holders ensure that.
Do they stand up to potholes, winter, water or car-washers?
The MagSleem, S and X sets are built to cope with everyday challenges.Potholes, harsh winters, puddles or washouts do not affect the hold.

Do I need to drill more holes in the bumper?
For a secure and stable fit, the Sleem collection mounts require additional holes to be drilled in the bumper.
If your car already has OEM holes in the tailgate, you will receive M5 and M6 screws in your package, compatible with the manufacturer's supplied fastening.
This system ensures a solid fit and a clean, uncompromised look.
What are the chances that my license plate might get stolen?
The chances are extremely slim, as license plates are not the main target of thieves. However, if someone is determined, they can try any method. With Sleem holders, we offer a secure and aesthetic grip and the risks remain minimal.
Why are my plate holders not fitting/fit too loose?
The Sleem holders are designed to sit firmly on the plate. If the plate is bent, curved or very worn, a little play may occur. We recommend straightening or replacing the plate if it's too damaged for a perfect fit.
